The SMH has nothing about requirements for honesty in job ads, although of
course there are statutory authorities one can go to regarding false
advertising. But this one is probably as honest as a CoS job ad comes.

Odd to note that the hours in this ad are for the Foundation org (evenings
and weekends), not the hours for the Day org at all.

Recruit in excess, says the policy.  They burn through plenty
of staff and get to keep the easily-led.

S
