Paper letter from (then) Deputy Vice-Chancellor Ian Rae restoring my account on cougar.vut.edu.au. Info Tech didn't get their copy of this at the same time ... in fact, my account was only restored when I faxed it to them on 2nd January 1996. Here's to bureaucracy.
