Eh heh heh heh. And some are out of date - like Perth. The problem with the new location is from the side it looks like an abandoned toy shop, and from the front, it looks like an abandoned toy shop. The scientologists simply don't have enough street presence, mainly because they can't even afford a $500 sign for side traffic. How they afforded the scrappy writing paper stuck outside the door, I don't know. Those big black pens cost all of $2.50 - so maybe that's where most of the money went. Fuck 'em. They keep me amused and I keep them busy. It makes me very happy indeed to see the world's most expansive cult (Scientology - 8 million in 1991 and heading for a massive 8 million in 2000 thru massive expansion) having little to show locally except two scrappy floors and no presence. And no voice. For all the goings on in Western Australia with the upgrading of the mental health system, Scientology hasn't had a word to say in public for at least 2 years. Meanwhile, new Psychiatric services centres have been built, and there is a shortage of Psychiatrists - positions which the state is filling slowly at a cost of millions (including special country psychiatry programs). Where are all these 'at-cause' OT8's and their GnarlYPowerZ(tm) making things go right? Must be too many Squirrels in this burgh for them to handle. I may pop in tomorrow for an update.
