Good fucking luck, cult. Ayup. And since Kolt's ruling was in 1991, it would have had to have been fairly recent. Now, if it was that recent. you'd expect it would have come up in some of the suits that have been going on. If it has not been done, I hope somebody grills 'em on why they knew this ruling in 1991 and did nothing. It was my hunch they did it because they would have a hard time transfering copyrights out of CSC, which owes Wollersheim. I think they hoped everybody would keep believing RTC got the rights fair and square from Mary Sue. And not notice Kolt. I didn't think they'd be so stupid as to ignore the fact that their copyrights were in limbo under Kolt's ruling. I could be wrong. Sneaky frauds, or bone headed idiots? If idiots, will Miscavige keep 'em on after this fiasco? Or do they know too much to fire? This is just so bizarre. And funny. > >(6) If the cult drops all the cases, Larry can still proceed with trying >to gain copyright ownership of NOTS (because of Kolts). So if they were to try, somebody would have to explain why funds could so easily be transfered to CSC, but not earlier to settle legal obligations. CSC is under recievership anyway. Any money poured into CSC would immediately be grabbed by the reciever. So they have to ante up $6 million to start with. And explain why they didn't do so earlier. They should just take about $50 million out of their Liechenstein bank account and just pay everybody off and drop the suits. >The result would be CSC, with no attorneys, going up against Keith, who >could either continue pro per, or get a lawyer. Is Elron piloting that comet? >(8) Deciding to have the 'ho and the rest "donate" their time to CSC won't >help, either. Dear oh dear oh dear. What a conundrum. Lucky Elron isn't here to see this. He'd be throwing computer monitors from the top floor of the Flag building in a roaring, red-faced rage. Sech language, Elron! Wouldn't you have liked to have seen their faces when they learned of Henson's motion concerning the Kolt ruling? Pope Charles SubGenius Pope Of Houston Slack!
