AFTER SEEING THE KR YOU WROTE ON MYSELF I THOUGH I'D GIVE A FEW MORE FACTS
REGARDING MY CYCLE(S) OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS.

THE FIRST REMOVAL FROM POST WAS FOR AQUIRING ADDITIONAL PREMISES TO
THE BUNDA ST PREMISES.  THIS LED TO A 2 MONTH STINT AT CLO SPENT ON THE DISH
LINE AND CALL-IN PROJECTS AND VARIOUS OTHER CHORES.  ONCE ALL THE FACTS WERE
KNOWN IT WAS SEEN AS EXPANSION AND THE CO CLO (PHIL STEVENS )  DEVISED A PROGRAM
THAT UTILISED THE THE DATA IN THE ESTO TAPES (WHICH IS THE DATA I HAD BEEN
OPERATING OFF).  I CAME BACK TO THE ORG WITH A PROGRAM AND ALL WAS WELL.

SIX MONTHS LATER I MOVED THE ORG TO EAST ROW.  ONCE AGAIN I WAS
REMOVED FROM POST.  MY OVERT  WAS NOT WAITING FOR APPROVAL (WHICH
ENDED UP TAKING 18 MONTHS) BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK WE COULD AFFORD TO
WASTE THE OPPORTUNITY.   THERE WAS ORDERS ALL THE WAY FROM FB ON ME BEING
RETURNED TO ITO,  SO I WENT WITH EVERTHING I NEEDED (EG PASSPORTS,
CLOTHES,...ETC)  I SPENT ABOUT TWO MONTHS IN CLO DOING MUCH AS BEFORE.  THEN THE
REPORTS OFF INT RTC FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CYCLE AND BY-PASSED
THE WHOLE COMMAND LINE AND ORDERED ME BACK TO THE ORG AS ED.

THE THIRD CYCLE OCCURED WHILE I WAS AT THE CLO FOR AN ED'S
CONFERENCE.  IT CAME UP IN AN O/W [Overt/Withold] WRITE-UP THAT I HAD HAD
ORDERED A CHEQUE BE WRITTEN (FOR RENT) BEFORE WE HAD THE MONEY IN AND BANKED.
THE MONEY DID COME IN BUT THERE WAS ALTERED SEQUENCE TO BE SURE.  I SPENT ABOUT
A MONTH AT CLO ON THIS CYCLE DOING MUCH AS I DID ON THE EARLIER CYCLES.

THIS TIME I CAME BACK AS D/ED UNTILL SUCH TIME AS THE ORG COULD RAISE THE MONEY
FOR A PLANE FARE.

FIVE MONTHS LATER I WAS ORDERD BACK TO CLO TO AWAIT A PLANE FARE.  I
SPENT NEARLY THREE MONTHS IN SYDNEY DOING VARIOUS ODD JOBS AROUND THE
AO & CLO.  STILL NO AIRFARE SO I CAME BACK AS D/ED AND A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER
BY THE CO FOLO'S REQUEST - ED'S COMM.

IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN A RELATIONSHIP WHICH LED
TO MARRIAGE AND ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT FOLLOW FROM THAT.  IT'S
NO LONGER A CASE OF DROP EVERTHING AND TAKE OFF FOR LA, USA.  IT WAS
THAT WAY FOR 16 YEARS.  IN FACT THAT'S HOW I ENDED UP IN CANBERRA AWAY
FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS - I WAS ASKED BY THE CO CLO OF THE TIME TO GO
TO ACT AND RUN IT BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE SEA ORG MEMBER LEFT IN
THE PLACE WITH MOUNTING FINANCIAL SITS.

The above Knowledge Report is from the Ethics Officer, Dean Detheridge outlining
the complete lack of efficiency at the Canberra (Australia) org.  I have lots of
other goodies too, like his "Life History" containing lots of juicy sexual
information concerning some high ranking officials at the org.  I'll hold onto
that one though to make sure that the peace between me and the org is
maintained.  I might post it however if Matt Dent misses any more child
maintenance payments.  (the rat! he even forgot his son's 9th birthday yesterday
- this one's for him).

LC means LRH Communicator, which is a post in the executive division
(Div. 7). The LRH Comms' function is to ensure that policy and tech in
the org stay "on source". The author, Dean, was writing this to the
LRH Comm. This is one of the many hopeless, useless actions that staff
can take in the hopes that maybe someone up there will do something
right.

What this report tells me is that Scientology in Australia was in
pretty poor shape in June 1998. Here is this guy Dean, an enthusiastic
longtime guy trying his best (at least in his view; no doubt there are
plenty of contraries) -- but look at how his CLO (Continental Liaison
Office) in Sydney repeatedly wastes his talents, changes his
direction, changes their direction, and fails to have money to do what
they are ordered to do by their stupid seniors.

This guy Dean is saying he had put 16 years of his life into building
up that org; he probably was one of if not the main continuous
presences there, and his CLO seniors have him washing dishes, etc.,
for much of the time he is complaining about, during which the org no
doubt is in miserable shape. (Which it would be in whether or not he
was the boss.)

This is life in the Sea Org. It is miserable, full of injustice,
arbitrary interference, and political intrigue. Anyone who is
successful will sooner or later be shot down, just as it was with
Hitler and Stalin, among others.

He can't do anything decent and human and remain in good graces with
his seniors. About the best you can wish for is that he'll be "shot"
once again by CLO Sydney and his replacement will be better. But they
will never, ever approve of Matt having any contact with you. He is
going to have to find within himself the urgency to find his own
humanity. You need to send him love and prayers to ease his way.
